Thank you for choosing Vehicle Fit Bros PTY LTD for your service needs. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Connectivity:It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure their phone/connecting device is compatible, up-to-date and working with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. VFitBros staff are NOT phone experts. If the customer's phone/connecting device does not work correctly and our staff phone does, there may be additional charges above the quoted price.2. Products:Products already purchased / ordered will have a 50% restocking fee of the full inclusive total quoted price.3. Payment:Full payment is expected upon completion of the work, unless a prior payment arrangement has been made.4. Returns Policy:Replace or repair only for faulty products that were supplied by VFitBros.
Requests for faulty products must be submitted to [email protected].5. Special Order Items:Special order and non-stock items require a deposit before ordering. Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier. Refunds or exchanges are only available where required under Australian Consumer Law.6. Ownership:All items, their attachments and what they are attached to remain / become the property of Vehicle Fit Bros Pty Ltd until both parts and labour are paid for.7. Reporting Damage or Issues:Any breakage, damage, or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours from the date the services/products are provided via [email protected].8. Liability or Responsibility:VFitBros does not authorise anyone or any business to look at our work without our knowledge or consent and/or to tamper with or modify our work. As we are the installers, then we must provide the labour. If you or anyone else works on our work, this is done at your own expense and cannot be claimed. At that time the owner waivers their rights and releases VFitBros from any liability or responsibility.VFitBros takes no responsibility for any existing issues or damage to vehicles or properties. While we take utmost care with every vehicle and property, we do not accept liability for damage due to the disassembly / assembly / installation process.
